Logo and brand design

CREATION

Laportu is a small company that imports exciting Portuguese products, including cooking oils, wines, ceramics, and more.

The client requested just a logo, but I offered the whole package; a logo, color palette, suitable fonts, along with visual samples.

OVERALL

The overall visual needed to stay rather understated, with soft colors and images that would reflect an element characteristic of Portugal. Since LaPortu doesn't only bring food oils into the country, an olive element alone couldn't be used, so a symbolic tree image was chosen instead.
